2018 Paxton Queen of the Hive Red Blend

Certified biodynamic and organic. A blend of Shiraz, Tempranillo, Grenache and Mataro. Deep black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Aromas of dark raspberry, black cherry and liquorice mix with spicy vanillin oak and leathery varnish like end notes. Ripe and plump, dark cherry, black plum and liquorice flavours are intermeshed with earthy vanillin cedar and traces of varnished leather. Polished tannins finishing with moderate depth and slightly edgy acidity.
