Crisp, mouth watering and intensely flavoured Polish Hill Riesling.
Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Pronounced lemon and lime top notes sit over scents of green apple, orange rind and talc. Mouthfilling flavours of lime and citrus show great intensity underpinned by orange rind and light talc with a dry steely mineral infused finish. Crisp mouth watering acidity. Superb power and concentration with a long lime, citrus, subtle orange rind and steely mineral aftertaste. An excellent release from one of Clare Valley's most highly regarded Riesling producers.
