2018 Paringa Estate ‘Estate’ Pinot Noir

Dark red in colour with black shaded edges and a dark red hue. Blossoming from the glass is a mix of red to dark cherries and strawberries which meld into anise, forest floor, subtle fresh herb and spicy cedar notes. Delicious ripe red cherry and strawberry fruits carry terrific intensity. Infusions of violets, anise, forest floor and spicy cedar ensue. Fresh, supple feel with polished yet beautifully structured tannins. Excellent power wave with vibrant acidity and a long expansive aftertaste.
Drink over the next 6-8 years.
