2018 Paringa Estate Pinot Gris

Brilliant very pale straw, almost water like colour with faint flecks of green around the edges. Aromas of fresh pear, green apple and citrus are trailed by a faint whiff of honeysuckle. Vibrant flavours of pear, apple and citrus decorate the palate with a subtle quince back drop. Finishes very fresh and dry with lively acidity and a medium length aftertaste.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
