2018 Paringa Estate Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with a distinctive ring of green running around the outskirts and a watery hue. Nosing reveals scents of nectarine, subtle dried honey and grapefruit followed by some light biscuity nougat and gun flint notes. Ripe nectarine fruits carry good richness across the mid weighted palate with subtle dried honey, pear, citrusy nougat, light biscuit and infusions of gun flint also chiming in. Finishes with plenty of freshness on the long, faintly creamed aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
