2018 Panthons Cabernet Sauvignon

Deep dark red core with black tinged edges and a dark red hue. Smoky dark cherry scents mix with black olive, stalk and a hint of spicy capsicum. Medium weighted there’s a mix of ripe and stewed fruit flavours that are married to subtle stalky green bean like characters, earth and spice. Fine grained tannins with a slightly bitter, stalky earth like aftertaste.
