2018 Ormanni Chianti

Dark red in colour with black shaded edges and a light red to brick red hue. Spicy dark cherry and red currant aromas meld into earthy tobacco, dried herb and spice notes. Savoury red currant and red cherry fruits make a polished entry with slightly robust tannins lending some light grip to the dry finish. Tobacco, earth and spicy dried herb characters linger on the back half. Rustic medium length aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
