2018 Organic Hill Preservative Free Shiraz

Certified organic and preservative free. Pitch black core with a bright dark purple hue. Inky nose with freshly crushed blackberry, ripe plum and liquorice aromas flowing from the glass with vanilla and spice notes in tow. Bold, rich flavours of liquorice and dark plum have an inky opulent feel, sitting over a back drop of vanillin cedar, light earth and spice. Bright acidity on the finish with slightly chalky tannins providing sturdy support. Excellent concentration with a medium to long conclusion.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
