Certified organic and preservative free. Totally opaque black dark red colour with a deep dark red hue. Ripe red to blackcurrant aromas fill the nostrils with trimmings of plum, vanillin cedar, dried herbs and spice also evident. Juicy dark plum and ripe cherry flavours overlay vanillin cedar, tobacco and spice. Slightly grainy tannins, fresh acidity and a medium length finish.
