Deep black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Bay leaf like top notes meld into dark cherry, choc mint and spice notes. Medium bodied, juicy dark cherry and mint flavours overlay earth, dried herbs and spice. Slightly chewy tannins with a fresh yet robust medium length aftertaste.
