Matured for 9 months on lees in barrel. Brilliant very pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of white peaches and dried honey are married to lightly toasted biscuity oak and citrusy nougat characters with a struck match stick overlay. Medium bodied with white peach and nectarine fruit to the fore, subtle dried honey, gun flint and spicy biscuity oak elements follow on. Clean fresh finish with good balanced acidity, a light creamy feel and a medium length aftertaste.
