2018 O'Leary Walker Polish Hill River Riesling

Brilliant very pale straw colour with distinctive highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Intense lime juice, citrus and orange rind aromas fill the nostrils with green apple, talc and wet steel notes ensuing. Leaner than the Watervale and quite steely in its feel the palate has flavours of lime juice and lemon over subtle orange rind and steely mineral characters. Finishes very dry with crisp mouth watering acidity and a medium to long aftertaste.
