2018 Nautilus Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Pronounced white peach and dried honey scents are married to cashew, nougat, hints of crème brulee and spice. Mid weighted the palate features rich white peach and dried honey flavours over a back drop of cashew, subtle butterscotch and spicy nougat. Finishes dry with good freshness building incrementally in texture as it heads towards the long refined aftertaste.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
