Dark red in colour with black tinged edges showing good depth. Perfumed aromatics of violets, dark cherries and ripe strawberries sail through the nostrils with notions of anise, light forest floor and hints of spicy cedar also evident. Delicious dark cherry and strawberry fruits supplely glide across the palate underscored by forest floor, infusions of fresh herbs and spicy cedar. Finishes fresh with very refined, well integrated tannins and an elegant medium to long aftertaste.
