Brilliant water like core with greenish tinged edges. Pronounced lime and citrus top notes overlay green apple, wet steel and talcy mineral notes. Scrumptious lemon and lime fruits flood the mouth with some orange rind, wet steel and flinty mineral characters in the background. Excellent intensity with a dry crisp finish and long racy aftertaste.
Drink over the next 6-8 years.

Five clones, all hand-harvested. Bright quartz-green and loaded with apple blossom, crab apple and lime leaf, the palate flows along with a steely acidity, flavours all crystal clear and precise. Drink by 2025.
