Brilliant very pale water like colour with distinctive highlights of green around the outskirts. Intense lemon, lime and orange rind aromas jump out of the glass followed by talc and chalky mineral notes. Concentrated lime, citrus and orange flavours fill the mouth under scored by green apple, talc and mineral. Crunchy acid finish with a long lime, lemon, orange rind, green apple and talcy mineral aftertaste.
