Brilliant water like colour with a subtle tinge of green to the edges. Ripe lime and red apple aromas are overlaid by honeysuckle with some following citrus and orange blossom notes. Off dry the palate is decorated with ripe red apple and honeysuckle flavours over limes and infusions of orange blossom. Refreshing acidity with a medium to long sweet tangy finish.
