Brilliant pale straw colour with a slight greenish tinge to the edges and a watery hue. Red apple skin and citrus aromas interact with hints of bees wax and light spice. The palate has a fresh vibrant feel with flavours of apple skins, dried pears, lime and traces of mineral. Finishes dry with lively acidity and an aftertaste of apple skins, dried pears, limes and citrusy mineral infusions.
