2018 Mountadam Five-Fifty Cabernet Sauvignon

Impenetrable black dark red colour with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Aromas of blackcurrant and mulberry meld into black olive, dusty cedar, tobacco and spicy bay leaf notes. Full in body, the palate is awash with rich blackcurrant fruits which are backed by elements of black olive, cedary tobacco characters and spicy dried herbs. Good depth of fruit with sturdy yet fine grained tannins and a medium to long aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
