Brilliant pale straw colour with distinctive highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Nosing reveals aromas of limes, pears, green apples and fresh herbs. Fresh lime and pear flavours decorate the front half of the palate with some subtle quince, a faint nuttiness and spice on the very dry finish. Punchy acidity concluding with a spicy medium length aftertaste.
