2018 Mount Avoca Moates Lane Cabernet Sauvignon

Great depth of colour displaying an inky black dark purple core with a bright dark purple hue. Youthful crushed berry scents emanate from the glass followed by cedary tobacco characters, black olive and spice. Much lighter on the palate than expected with very bright acidity giving the wine a sharp feel and shortening the finish. Dry dusty tannins with a very modest aftertaste of prickly red fruits, light cedary tobacco characters and spicy black olives.
