Brilliant water like colour with a faint tinge of green around the outskirts. Zesty aromas of grapefruit and lemon meld into gun flint and steely mineral notes. Light, fresh and energised, flavours of citrus and grapefruit have a lean racy feel underpinned by wet steel and flinty mineral characters. Dry crisp finish with an aftertaste that’s light and zippy.
