Brilliant very pale straw colour with a distinct glimmer of green around the edges and a watery hue. Distinct citrus and grapefruit scents mix with hints of lime zest, green apple and stony mineral notes. The crunchy palate is bestowed with lime and green apple fruits which have a wet stone overlay. Finishes dry and crisp with some light lemon butter and flinty mineral characters emerging on the energetic aftertaste.
