2018 Monte Tondo Soave Classico

The Monte Tondo vineyard can be found nestling in the gentle hills of Soave just a few kilometres from Verona on a slope overlooking the valley. Today it is 4th generation brother and sister team, Luca and Marta Magnabosco, who tend to the 25 hectares of vineyards situated on the best plots that the Soave zone can offer.

Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges. Aromas of fresh pears, limes and herb infusions are followed by a hint of spicy green apple and wet slate notes. Mouth watering lime and spicy green apple flavours gently infused with fresh herbs sit over a slatey mineral back drop. Dry, crisp finish showing excellent intensity on the lingering aftertaste.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
