2018 Mitchell Harris Rose

Made from 70% Pinot Noir with the balance made up of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Wild yeast fermented and matured in old French oak. Translucent salmon pink colour. Fragrant strawberry aromatics marry into raspberry, subtle Turkish delight and spice. Very smooth across the mouth the palate conjures up flavours of creamy strawberries, raspberries, musk and spice. Clean dry finish with an aftertaste of strawberries, raspberries and spicy musk.
