Fruit was sourced from Robe & McLaren Vale. Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Elevated liquorice and dark plum aromas mix with subtle vanillin oak, notions of scorched earth and pepper. Juicy blackberry and liquorice flavours have a plush feel on the medium to full bodied palate with vanillin cedar, light earth and spice sitting underneath. Velvet smooth tannins with a medium to long aftertaste.
