2018 Mike Press Pinot Noir

Matured for 6 months in French oak. Deep dark red colour with a black tinge to the outskirts and a bright red hue. Aromas of violets, ripe cherries and strawberries are trailed by anise and spicy cedar. Close to medium bodied, the palate is filled with juicy dark cherry and strawberry fruits which overlay a back drop of anise, subtle earth and toasty oak. Bright acidity sits underneath with polished tannins leading into a medium to long aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
