Fruit was sourced from three established Hunter Valley vineyards, two in Pokolbin and one in Broke.
Bright straw colour with a glimmer of green to the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of ripe peach and honeycomb intermix with hints of bacon fat, butterscotch and spice. Rich and texturally creamy, mouthfilling flavours of ripe peaches and honeycomb sprawl across the palate with butterscotch and subtle notions of bacon fat also present. Good depth with a long richly textured aftertaste. A bigger style of Chardonnay that offers excellent value.
