A blend of 48% Chardonnay and 52% Pinot Noir. A creamy white mousse sits over a salmon pink tinged base which is threaded by a delicate stream of bubbles. Aromas of winter strawberries, cherries and peach intermingle with baked bread and yeast lees nuances. Dry and crisp the palate is subtlety flavoured with fruity winter strawberries and pears over yeast lees and light toast. Brisk finish with a medium length aftertaste.
