Deep dark red core with black shaded edges and a dark red hue. Drifting from the glass are pleasing scents of red currants and rose petals which meld into dried herb, earth and spicy tobacco like notes. Light to medium weight, savoury red currant fruits infused with dried herbs and tobacco overlay an earth back drop. Spicy finish with slightly chalky tannins and bright acidity with a touch of rusticity to the aftertaste.
