Fermented and matured in a mix of small and large French oak. Brilliant pale straw colour with distinctive highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Fleshy nectarine, light dried honey and lemon butter scents all band together followed by biscuity oak, faint cashew and nougat. Showing good richness are fleshy nectarine, dried honey and citrus fruits which overlay lemon nougat, biscuit and cashew elements. Finishes dry and fresh with a refined yet lingering aftertaste.
