Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Ripe red to black currant aromas intermix with hints of black olive, dusty cedar, tobacco and bay leaf. Medium bodied, the palate sees some vanillin cedar characters poking through the red currant, mulberry and red liquorice fruit with tobacco and bay leaf also present. Well integrated fine grained tannins with an elegant medium length aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.

This has been extracted with precision and early to mid-term drinking in mind, without sacrificing flavour or the integrity of cabernet's inherent graphite tannic strictures. Ther\\\ is a dollop of merlot (11%) and franc (4%) for fill and lift respectively. 18 months in quality oak. Delicious. Currant and berry fruit. Hedgerow tannins, gently guiding.
