Brilliant pale straw colour with a greenish tinge to the edges and a watery hue. Herbaceous gooseberry aromas mix with grape fruit and citrus followed by grassy asparagus notes and hints of mineral. On the palate zingy passionfruit flavours interplay with ripe gooseberries and citrus underpinned by subtle herbaceous asparagus like characters and flinty mineral. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and a medium to long aftertaste.
