2018 Mad Fish Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot

Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Red currant and mulberry aromas infused with tobacco leaf intermingle with black olive, dusty cedar and bay leaf. Medium bodied, the spicy palate sees ripe red currant and mulberry fruits morph into tobacco leaf, dried herb and black olive characters. Dryish finish with slightly chalky tannins and a dusty medium length aftertaste that has lingering tobacco leaf and dried herb elements to it.
