Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Filling the nostrils are pronounced aromas of liquorice and dark plum which are followed by vanillin cedar, dried herbs and subtle peppered earth notes. Rich, luscious dark plum and liquorice fruits drive the full bodied palate with some scorched earth, dried herb and blackpepper characters lying in the background. Ripe sturdy tannin structure with brisk acidity and a long vibrant black fruited finish.
