Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Subtle white peach and nectarine aromatics are followed by a whiff of dried honey, light nougat and spice. There’s an elegant creaminess to the white peach, nectarine and dried honey flavours which drift into elements of nougat and spice. Clean dry finish with good fresh acidity and a medium length aftertaste.
