Brilliant water like colour with a light tinge of green around the outskirts. Pronounced lime and lemon scents are followed by hints of talc, sherbet and granny smith apple. Crunchy lime, lemon and green apple flavours possesses a mouth watering freshness underpinned by steely acidity and flinty mineral characters. Dry crisp finish with a tightly coiled medium to long aftertaste.
