2018 Le Sorelle Heathcote Shiraz

Midnight black core with a bright dark purple hue. Aromas of dark plum, blackberry and liquorice bounce out of the glass followed by notions of scorched earth and blackpepper. Medium bodied with an elegant mouthfeel, juicy plum, blackberry and liquorice flavours hold court over subtle vanillin cedar, scorched earth and pepper. Fine grained well integrated tannins and good freshness with a medium length aftertaste that sees hints of leather emerge.
