2018 Lawson's Dry Hills Gewurztraminer

This delicious, intensely flavoured Gewurztraminer was sourced predominately from Lawson’s Home Block vineyard which was planted in 1981.
Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Exotic scents of rosewater and lychee engulf the olfactory senses with elements of citrus, musk, ginger and spice also evident. Rich and luscious yet also fresh the palate serves up a mix of lychee, ripe pear and ginger flavours over subtle notions of Turkish delight. Spicy, slightly off dry finish with a lingering ginger character on the long aftertaste.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
