2018 Lark Hill Vineyard Pinot Noir

Aged in a mix of new and seasoned French oak. Deep dark red black tinged colour with a dark red hue. Elevated black cherry and anise aromas mix with toasty oak, dried herbs and spice. Medium bodied and sternly built, black cherry and anise flavours are carried by a firm framework of tannins which lends a muscular feel. Toasty oak, earth and spicy dried herb elements lie underneath. Lively acidity with a grainy medium length aftertaste that has some lingering black olive characters to it.
