2018 Lark Hill Canberra Region Pinot Noir

Matured in 3-5 year old French oak for 12 months. Dark red core with black tinged edges and a red hue. Spicy dark cherry and ripe strawberry scents mingle with subtle dried herb and earth notes. Light in body and short on power the palate has flavours of dark cherries over dried herbs, earth and spicy tobacco. Slightly dryish tannins lead into a savoury but modest aftertaste.
