2018 Kumeu River Estate Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with a subtle tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. Fresh white peach, nectarine and citrus aromas are married to light dried honey, nougat and gun flint notes. Medium weighted the palate has expressive flavours of peaches, nectarines and dried honey that show good richness. Citrusy nougat and subtle slate undertones are also present. Finishes dry with fresh acidity and a medium to long aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
