From estate-grown fruit, this Shiraz was fermented in stainless steel and matured for 14 months in hogsheads (5% new). Dark and savoury, it’s rich with ripe fruit, tar, smoked meats and earthy depth, supported by smooth, ripe tannins. Made by Barry Saunders at Kooyonga Farm with his wife Pam—the heart and soul of this humble family-run winery.
