Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Lemon and lime scents have an oily petroleum like influence with hints of granny smith apple and steely mineral characters also present. Intense and focused, backing the lime, lemon and green apple fruits is steely acidity. Talcy mineral and subtle oily characters flow onto the back half which finishes dry and razor sharp. Long piercing aftertaste.
