2018 Kilikanoon Killerman's Run Cabernet Sauvignon

Matured for 16 months in new and seasoned French oak hogsheads. Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Attractive aromas of blackcurrant infused with spearmint overlay light dusty vanillin cedar and spicy dried herb notes. Medium bodied the palate serves up an elegant flavour profile of blackcurrant infused with mint, subtle vanillin cedar, earth and spicy tobacco. Slightly grainy tannins with a medium length aftertaste.
Cellar 4-5 years.
