2018 Kelvedon Estate Block 5 Pinot Noir

Slightly cloudy red to dark red colour with a light red hue. Intoxicating the olfactory senses are perfumed like aromas of violets, red to dark cherries, wild herbs, hints of rhubarb, forest floor and spicy cedar. Light in weight but powerful, the savoury palate is decorated with red cherry, rhubarb and winter strawberry fruits which overlay some smoky cedar, wild herb, forest floor and spice characters. Fresh acidity is complimented by a fine yet chalky tannin structure. Finishes long, energetic and elegant.
