Left on lees for partial malo-latic fermentation and aged in French oak for 7 months. Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Fleshy white peach, nectarine and melon scents are married to citrusy nougat like notes. Well rounded and intensely flavoured, white peach, nectarine and peach fruits overlay citrus and light nougat. Crisp finish with a long ripe fruit driven aftertaste.
