Brilliant pale straw colour with a greenish tinge to the edges and a watery hue. Pronounced fresh lime, mandarin and citrus aromas are trailed by faint honeysuckle notes, wet steel and flinty mineral. Vibrant yet nicely rounded on the mid palate, zippy lime, orange rind and lemon flavours have a light honeysuckle back drop with flinty mineral infusions present on the long, dry, zesty finish.
