2018 K1 Wines Single Vineyard Middle Hill Shiraz

Totally opaque black dark red colour with a bright dark red hue. Elevated fresh dark plum and liquorice aromas are trailed by hints of blueberry, smoky cedar and peppered dried herbs. Medium bodied there’s good flesh to the dark plum and liquorice fruits which over shadow a back drop of lightly smoked vanillin cedar, fennel and pepper. Polished yet structural tannins concluding with a medium length aftertaste.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
