Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of nectarine, peach and a whiff of grapefruit meld with subtle notions of biscuity oak and gun flint. Medium bodied with a generous mouthfeel that shows a faint creaminess, the palate is filled with ripe nectarine, peach and citrus fruits which over shadow light dried honey and infusions of gun flint. Finishes dry and fresh with a medium length aftertaste.
